What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
What should I wear to my appointment?
For most spa treatments, you will be provided with a comfortable robe and slippers. For waxing services, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For massage treatments, you will undress to your comfort level.
